A deposit of 50% with Check-in Certificate reserves your booking.
The remaining balance must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival.
PayPal (with a small transaction fee), money orders or certified checks are accepted in person or for future reservations (send via certified mail for security).
Weekly or Nightly rates only available the month of reservation dates
There is a small fee for dogs (<40 lbs) who are truly well behaved & have prior written approval.
**Important notes**
Rates may vary depending on high/low season or special events
There is a nonrefundable cleaning fee of $125.00 per reservation which covers up to one month, and then an additional $25 per month there after (Ex: a 3 month stay would be a $175 cleaning fee)
NO Smoking is permitted anywhere on any of the properties (and will result in immediate termination of reservation without refund)
Future reservations are limited to monthly+ bookings (first to last of each month) in consideration to our return guests; Bookings may be made no more than 12 months in advance.
Daily & weekly reservations are available at the week prior to that month if available; 3 night min (i.e. if February is available you may reserve daily &/or weekly in the last half of January)
Minimum booking periods are made more flexible as those dates approach, so feel free to ask but please understand if not possible as we try to accommodate for everyone
Paypal or Zelle are the preferred payment types for bookings made less than 30 days ahead, unless you're able to meet in person.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations are 100% refundable* 60 days or more and 50% refundable* 30-59 days prior to the original scheduled date of arrival. We do not offer refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check-in except for those days we are able to rebook: this is a courtesy, not guaranteed. * of total booking, minus $100 accounting fee & any 3rd party fees
Calendars of Availability
*Dates of availability show as clear whereas current reservations are noted
*"Tentatively Reserved" means we have received a request to book but guest has not yet completed their reservation requirements - these occasionally become available again
