West Cottage has a king bed in the master bedroom, & sofa sleeper & futon in non private rooms . Sleeps 1-3

East Cottage has a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin (trundle) bed in the 2nd bedroom & a sofa sleeper in the living room.
Sleeps 1-5

Orange Suite has a queen bed in the master bedroom & 2 twin (trundle) bed in the 2nd bedroom. Sleeps 1-4

Blue Suite has a king bed in the master bedroom & a double bed in the 2nd bedroom/laundry. Sleeps 1-4
