Payment and Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of the fee reserves the cottage.
The balance must be received prior to check-in.

Cottage 1 (one bedroom):

Two Night Minimum.
Each additional person or pet charge is $10 per day or $50 per week
Maximum capacity of 6 may not be exceeded in any cottage.
Smoking is permitted outside only.
Holidays require a 3-5 night minimum and a 10% increase in rate.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are fully refundable up to 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date of arrival if paid with check or money order. If paid with credit card a 10% charge will apply.
